About The Position

The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our Cardiovascular (CVT) team in Great Falls, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established cardiovascular program while playing a key role in the continued growth of cardiology services across the region. The role offers a collaborative, physician-led cardiovascular team with a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. An optional 4-day workweek is available, providing predictable scheduling and strong work-life balance. The integrated EMR system (Meditech and Athena) supports efficient care coordination, and there is a comprehensive referral network across the region. APPs practice at the top of their license with strong physician support, and the role is on a shared campus with inpatient hospital, surgical suites, and outpatient services, with access to ancillary services including imaging, diagnostics, and rehab.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of critical care, cardiac, or closely related clinical experience required
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Eligible for Montana licensure
• Comfortable working in a collaborative cardiovascular setting

Nice To Haves

• Vein harvesting certification and/or first assist experience preferred
