About The Position
To render Cardiac and vascular expertise and related assistance to patients undergoing procedures in the Cardiovascular Laboratories. Rotates as assigned to Cardiovascular Observation/Recovery area.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved radiologic technologist program or Registry approved Cardiovascular program.
- ACLS and BLS required.
- One year cardiac cath or EP experience required.
- Strong communication and human relations skills.
- Daily lifting, turning and transferring of patients and equipment required.
- Wearing of lead aprons for prolonged periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- RCIS certification preferred.
- 36 months post probationary period.
