About The Position

This is a PRN position to help cover gaps in clinic and call coverage at our Cardiothoracic Surgery program in the Front Range of Colorado. Opportunities for PRN shifts will be at Saint Joseph Hospital with some shared call at Lutheran Hospital.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• ABMS board certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS certification and DEA
• Minimum 2 years of practice experience
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Responsibilities

• Cover gaps in clinic and call coverage at the Cardiothoracic Surgery program.
• Provide coverage at Saint Joseph Hospital and potentially share call at Lutheran Hospital.
