Requirements
- Active TN License
- BC
- ACLS
- Must have experience in SV harvest and First Assist

- SFA in Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgical procedures
- Critical care management
- CV ICU; pre-/post-operative care
- Impella

- Endoscopic Radial Artery harvesting
