Requirements

MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) degree from an accredited institution
Board certification in Cardiology or eligibility for certification
Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative spirit to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to make sound decisions and manage complex clinical situations
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
Must be board-certified

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of cardiovascular health
Diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases and conditions
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including echocardiograms and stress tests
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
Educate patients about heart health and disease prevention
Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to maintain licensure and enhance skills
