About The Position

Performs and documents cardiology procedures as defined in departmental Scope of Care. Performs all modalities of stress testing, holter testing, EKG and/or cardiac event monitoring. Also performs clerical functions for unit.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of a formal training in Electrocardiogram Technique and arrhythmias recognition and/or EMT license required.
• One year cardiovascular experience is preferred.
• MUSE Cardiology Information System experience preferred.
• Computer literate, ability to work with all age groups.
• Ability to develop positive interactions with co-workers and physicians.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• BLS required.
• EMT license required if in lieu of formal training in Electrocardiogram Technique and arrhythmias recognition.

Nice To Haves

• High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
