About The Position

This is a 13-week assignment for a Cath Lab Tech in the Cardiovascular/Interventional Lab. The lab provides both inpatient and outpatient services, performing procedures such as cardiac catheterization, angiography, peripheral interventions, venography, pacemaker insertions, and various non-vascular interventional procedures. The role requires variable day shifts, which can be (5) 8-hour shifts, (4) 10-hour shifts, or a combination of (2) 8-hour and (2) 12-hour shifts. On-call coverage is mandatory, involving 8-12 days per month, including one full weekend of call each month.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• Current RCIS certification
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• Experience assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly when called
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, radiation safety, and patient monitoring
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
