About The Position
Join Main Line Health’s Lankenau Heart Group in Plymouth Meeting, PA as an Ambulatory Registered Nurse. This role supports patients through care coordination, telephone triage, follow-up communication, and collaboration with providers in a busy ambulatory setting within a large cardiology practice dedicated to compassionate, comprehensive heart care. You will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented practice where nurses, physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff work together to provide exceptional service and coordinated care for cardiology patients.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania RN license
- Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
- Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an ambulatory, cardiology, specialty practice, or clinical nursing setting, including strong telephone triage and patient communication skills
- Experience with medication refills, care coordination, and knowledge of insurance information
