Requirements

• Completion of the appropriate License or Certification (MD/DO)
• Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Washington State License
• DEA & NPI

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ambulatory Cardiology services to all of Kittitas County.
• See patients in the outpatient clinic.
• Perform procedures in KVH Hospital.
