About The Position

We are seeking a Cardiologist for a Locum Tenens position in Everett, WA. This inpatient role involves clinical duties and on-call responsibilities. The coverage period is ongoing, starting September 7, 2026. The daily patient volume is 15-18, with a case mix including Cardiology and ICU. The facility is a 615-bed hospital with a Level II Trauma designation, equipped with a Cath Lab, ICU, and onsite labs, treadmill, echo, and EKG. The EMR system used is Epic. This position requires proficiency in Epic and the ability to perform various cardiology procedures.

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
• EMR proficiency (Epic)

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient cardiology care during daytime hours (7a-5:30p).
• Take night pager call from 5p-7a on assigned nights.
• Manage inpatient census, including rounding and admissions.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiology procedures.
• Collaborate with onsite team and communicate promptly with site coordinators.
