About The Position

We are seeking a qualified Cardiologist to join a reputable multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn for a remote reading-focused role. This flexible 1099 contractor position is designed for physicians specializing in diagnostic interpretation, offering an excellent opportunity for both experienced cardiologists and recent graduates. You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting cardiac diagnostic tests, contributing to patient care without direct patient interaction. Candidate needed for reading purposes only.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) specialized in Cardiology from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology
• Proficiency in interpreting EKGs, echocardiograms, Holter monitors, stress tests, and other cardiac diagnostics
• Must have Hospital Affiliation

Nice To Haves

• Experience in diagnostic cardiology or reading cardiac tests is a plus

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and interpreting cardiac diagnostic tests
• Contributing to patient care without direct patient interaction
• Interpreting Echo, Carotid, Transcranial Doppler (TCD), Abdominal Aorta, Renal Doppler, and Lower Extremity (arterial and venous) studies
• Providing clear reporting through excellent written communication skills
