About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Non-Invasive General Cardiologist to join their physician-owned multispecialty clinic. This role is part of a sustainable practice model that prioritizes both exceptional patient care and a strong work-life balance. The department is well-established, comprising 15 Cardiologists and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians, offering a full spectrum of cardiovascular services including advanced imaging, interventions, and electrophysiology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about practicing evidence-based medicine in a stimulating environment that handles high-acuity cardiovascular cases. General call is shared proportionally among approximately 12 physicians. The position involves dedicated inpatient cardiovascular services at two affiliated hospitals with strong hospitalist support. Experience in community-based congestive heart failure management is desired but not required. The clinic boasts an established referral network and excellent collaboration with primary care and specialty providers. There are opportunities for involvement in the education of medical students and residents, as well as potential participation in clinical research. Partnership is offered after 2 years with a reasonable buy-in.

Requirements

  • BC/BE Non-Invasive General Cardiologist.
  • Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine.
  • Ability to provide high acuity cardiovascular care.
  • Experience in community based congestive heart failure management sought but not required.
