We are hiring dedicated, skilled, certified Cardiac Telemetry Technicians to join our growing team in our San Francisco Bay Area, California. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in monitoring patients' ECGs, interacting with patients and families and reporting routine and STAT results. At WearLinq, you'll do more than monitor cardiac rhythms. You'll help shape the future of remote cardiac care through direct involvement in: Workflow design, Clinical processes, Quality programs, Training programs, Product feedback. Unlike large monitoring organizations where technicians are one of hundreds, you'll have direct influence on clinical workflows, process improvement, and the future direction of our cardiac monitoring program. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Telemetry Technician or in a similar role preferred.
  • CCT or CRAT certified. Will consider individuals with expert rhythm assessment skills with continued employment after 120 days based on certification as CCT, CRAT, EMTi, paramedic or nurse.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • CCT, CRAT, RN, LPN, EMT-I or Paramedic (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Continuous accurate and prompt ECG recognition, correlation with patient symptoms and reporting.
  • Articulate in conversation with patients and clinicians
  • Thorough follow-through with patients
