About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in Glenview, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to work in a dynamic inpatient setting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital or inpatient setting.
- Certification required: ARDMS or CCI, with RDCS - Registered Cardiac Sonographer designation.
Nice To Haves
- Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEEs)
- IV initiation skills
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac ultrasound procedures, including stress echos, strain imaging, bubble studies, and structural heart imaging.
- Conduct evaluations for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM).
- Manage patient care before, during, and after echocardiograms.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
