About The Position
A well-established healthcare facility just outside Branson, Missouri, seeks a Cardiac Sonographer to join its team. This is a full-time, permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity with a day shift schedule. The facility is located near the Ozarks, offering a peaceful, community-focused lifestyle with immediate access to outdoor activities.
Requirements
- Must have a valid ARDMS or CCI.
- Previous Cardiac Sonography experience required.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a BLS Certification Required.
Responsibilities
- Ensures thorough patient preparation by answering questions, communicating special instructions with the supervising radiologist, and accurately recording exam times in the Radiology Information System (RIS) for timely access and interpretation.
- Maintaining ethical working relationships and good rapport with patients, staff, and interrelating hospitals or agencies.
- Calibrating and maintaining the equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and reporting any malfunctions or performance issues to the appropriate staff.
