About The Position

Carroll County Memorial Hospital is searching for a high energy, friendly Cardiac Services RN with part-time flexibility, with a potential to go full-time as volume continues to grow. This role involves upholding CCMH’s Core Values of: Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence. The RN will monitor patients in Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehab, assist and monitor patients undergoing Cardiac Stress Testing, and educate patients on different topics related to Heart Disease, Pulmonary Disease, and Peripheral Disease. The position also includes working up patients in Specialty Clinic as needed, demonstrating professional development and clinical competency, managing patient care assignments and/or additional tasks related to patient and unit operations, and acting in a clinical leadership role, applying knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing (required)
Current licensure in the state of Kentucky (required)
CPR/BLS certification (required)
ACLS certification (required)
Knowledge of cardiac rhythms (required)
