Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Will be required to pass an arrhythmia course or challenge exam during the new employee introductory orientation period.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English and have basic computer skills.
- Must maintain competency required for area of assignment.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of clerical support and other duties to assist the nursing staff in carrying out daily patient care activities.
- Monitors cardiac rhythms via telemetry monitors.
- Prepare and maintains patient medical records.
- Transcribes and expedites physician orders.
- Functions as a Receptionist.
