About The Position
As our Cardiac Rehab RN at CHI Williston Health, you will be a pivotal caregiver, guiding patients through critical cardiac recovery and empowering them and their families with life-changing support and education. Every day, you will expertly assess complex cardiac conditions, meticulously monitor patient progress, and collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team to optimize healing and long-term wellness plans, ensuring no two days are alike. Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire

Responsibilities
- Performs assessment of patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
- Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
- Implements exercise regimen and evaluates the patient’s response to care and documents
- Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
- Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
- Provides patient and family education
