About The Position

This is a 21-bed cardiac step-down/tele and stroke overflow unit. Float is required. ACLS/BLS/NIH required. NO BLOCK SCHEDULE REQUESTS. Candidates must have 2+ years of PCU/TELE experience to be considered. Must be able to draw blood and start IV’s. Ratios 1:4 sometimes 1:5. Interviews are required.

Requirements

• ACLS, BLS and NIH required.
• Epic experience within the last 12 months.
• Must list on resume WHERE the nurse last used Epic.
• No block schedules.
• Maximum of 7 days of RTO allowed.
• Solid black scrubs required.
• 2+ years of PCU/TELE experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or a school accepted.
• Must be able to draw blood and start IV’s.
• Available for interviews.

Responsibilities

• Float to other units as needed.
• Draw blood.
• Start IVs.
