About The Position
This is a full-time position for an Acute Care RN on a 24-bed unit specializing in post-surgical and general medical patients. The role focuses on pain management, holistic care, and patient and family involvement. The unit operates 24/7 with 12-hour night shifts.
Requirements
- Current IA RN license

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
- Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
- Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
