With a commitment to patient- and family-centered care, provides continuous surveillance of telemetry patients in ways that values the uniqueness of each individual and addresses the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of the diversity of patients served by Jefferson Health. Assures proper procedures regarding telemetry monitoring are followed. Follows established policies and procedures for documenting and reporting patient information.
