About The Position

The Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for leading and providing guidance to a team of 12-15 direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions Holter product. This is an office-based role where the team works Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm PST including a holiday rotation. Requirements

1+ years’ experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years’ of experience with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations, ECG Monitoring and Analysis or equivalent.
Leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
Active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS certification.
High technical aptitude, advanced computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Adept at working across various technological platforms, easily adapting to change, and leading a team with confidence.
Strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal outcomes.
Energetic people leader and team player with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and remaining flexible.
Strong listening and patience are key attributes.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Holter Monitoring team, ensuring efficient workflow, quality performance, and excellent customer support.
Supervise, coach, and develop employees through performance management, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, team effectiveness, and service delivery.
Support daily department operations through rotating assignments, including oversight of shared mailboxes, phone queues, technician support, and workflow coverage.
Partner with leadership to maintain staffing coverage and ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.
