About The Position

Cardiac Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) is needed in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System. The role involves making preparations, operating equipment, and assisting physicians in performing electrophysiology procedures and other duties as assigned. The primary focus is to prioritize the patient and provide the utmost quality as a Technologist. Examinations will be performed on patients of various ages, from adults to geriatrics.

Requirements

1 year of recent acute care EP Tech experience required!
Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of the employment start date
Associate Degree
Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) with a Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist

Responsibilities

Makes preparations, operates equipment, and assists physicians in performing electrophysiology procedures and other duties as assigned.
Prioritizes the patient as number one and puts forth the utmost quality as a Technologist.
Performs examinations on patients of various ages, from adults to geriatrics.

Benefits

Hourly Rate - $29.56 to $40.65 (10 years)
