About The Position

This is a 13-week contract position for a Cardiac Cath Technician in the Cardiac Cath Lab at GMC. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty and be located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty.
• Required AHA BLS.
• Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited Technology program (CVT/Radiology).
• Minimum 2-4 years of (interventional/diagnostic) experience within specialty.
• Must have Cath lab Experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all procedures including but not limited to: Left Heart Cath, High Risk PCI, Right Heart Cath, Pacemakers, Peripheral Procedures, Structural Heart.
• Operate EMCO and EKOS equipment.
• Perform peripheral procedures.
