Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Full-Time)
About The Position

The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech assists physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, pacemaker and ICD insertions, electrophysiology procedures, and other miscellaneous procedures. The role involves operating the physiologic/hemodynamic monitoring computer and/or scrubbing for invasive cardiac and vascular procedures. The position provides care to adult and geriatric patients.
Requirements
- One year of prior interventional experience in Cath/Radiology, or two years of prior diagnostic lab experience in Cath/Radiology, or an associate degree in a health science program, or completion of an accredited technology program (CVT/Radiology with appropriate specialization).
- ARRT or RCIS certification.
Nice To Haves
- At least four years of recent experience in an interventional cardiac cath lab and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, pacemaker/ICD insertions, electrophysiology procedures, and other miscellaneous procedures.
- Operate the physiologic/hemodynamic monitoring computer and/or scrub for invasive cardiac and vascular procedures.
- Provide patient care to adult and geriatric patients.
