Cardiac Cath Lab RN, Full time, Days 1.0
About The Position
Our nurses assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures performed in the Cath Lab as well as cross training into the EP lab. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, supervising and coordinating care provided by LPNs and PCAs, and facilitating communication with physicians, families, and other team members. The position is full-time, day shift, with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 1.0 FTE. On-call duties are required during the week and every third weekend, with the expectation of being within 20-30 minutes of the Medical Center while on call.
Requirements
- Current IA RN license
- Must take call during the week and every third weekend
- Must be within 20 - 30 minutes of Medical Center while on call
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Cardiac experience strongly preferred
