About The Position

HireNow Staffing is recruiting an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a nursing management opportunity in Tamarac, Florida. This position is suited to a clinician with strong catheterization laboratory experience, effective communication, and the ability to support coordinated patient care and team performance. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner. The role involves supporting daily cardiac catheterization laboratory nursing operations, coordinating with physicians, nurses, technologists, and other clinical professionals, and providing guidance to nursing staff to ensure effective department workflow. The manager will promote safe patient preparation, procedural care, and recovery coordination, address clinical and operational concerns through clear communication and problem-solving, and support staff development and quality-improvement activities. Reinforcing adherence to hospital policies and nursing practice standards is also a key aspect of the role. Requirements

  • At least three years of clinical Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida
  • No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
  • Availability for the full-time day schedule in Tamarac
  • Eligibility under the employer's application-history restriction (Candidates must not have an active application in the hiring organization's same division within the previous six months.)
  • All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current and previous disciplinary actions.
