About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our expanding cardiac services team. This permanent, full-time position involves providing anesthesia services for both cardiac and general surgical procedures in an inpatient and outpatient setting. The role requires a commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient safety. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including CRNAs, procedural teams, Cath Lab staff, and surgical departments, utilizing advanced OR and Cath Lab facilities. Requirements

• Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Cardiac anesthesia training or equivalent experience, or TEE certification
• Commitment to clinical excellence and teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Prior cardiac anesthesia experience preferred
• TEE certification

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for cardiac procedures and general surgery cases
• Collaborate with Cath Lab staff, cardiac teams, and surgical departments
• Participate in case reviews, planning, and protocol development
• Maintain patient safety and procedural accuracy across varied settings
• Engage in continuous improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
• Administer cardiac anesthesia
• Administer general anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Administer Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), if certified
