Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with using a computer, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- A member-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily Card Services operations
- Fulfill requests for debit, ATM, and credit card orders
- Support members and internal teams via phone, email, and messaging
- Review, adjust, and process ATM check deposits
- Conduct initial debit card dispute reviews and documentation
- Manage card status updates (lost, stolen, closed) and handle reorders
- Post and balance daily debit card transaction reports
- Reconcile weekly ATM cash replenishments and balance related general ledger accounts
