Requirements

Associate's/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2+ years in IT support, data processing, or production support
Strong understanding of file processing and data validation
Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
Basic SQL or scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python)

Nice To Haves

EMV personalization or chip data preparation experience
Job scheduling or automation tool experience
Familiarity with card bureau or financial services production
Strong problem-solving ability in high-volume environments

Responsibilities

Support EMV chip personalization, magstripe, and contactless production.
Monitor embossing, encoding, printing, and system health.
Troubleshoot issues by processing and validating card data files.
Identify formatting or PAN-related discrepancies.
Perform recovery tasks.
Ensure PCI DSS standards are upheld.
Onboard new card programs by working across teams to ensure new workflows launch smoothly.
