Responsible for managing resources directly or indirectly, developing and implementing operational or initiative plans, and ensuring that department procedures are carried out in guidance with legal and regulatory procedures/policies while mitigating risk. Evaluates organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize department efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires managing, coaching, and mentoring teams, driving employee engagement, and overseeing internal and external partner relationships. The position involves planning and overseeing strategic initiatives and operational plans, leading coordination and execution of activities, and creating and delivering training. Risk mitigation, client confidentiality, and compliance with information security standards are also key aspects of this role. The manager will monitor production and personnel statistics, establish and implement organizational goals, and lead and develop staff to ensure objectives are met.
