As a Card Operations Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily operational processes related to the bank's card services, including debit and commercial credit cards. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing debit and commercial credit card inquiries and/or maintenance requests in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for performing debit and commercial card data entry, actionary functions, and creating new card accounts. Perform assigned quality assurance. Handle debit and commercial card maintenance and inquiries. Work assigned indexing of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly standard reports for all card transactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date cardholder records in the bank's systems.
