About The Position
One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Card Fraud Support Staff located in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves data entry of disputed transactions into our Core System and/or Visa software, along with other general clerical tasks. The position requires daily work at AACU headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, during normal business hours. Candidates must also pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks.
Requirements
- Keyboarding speed of at least 45 wpm with strong accuracy
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to apply critical thinking to the information being processed in order to catch and question potential issues
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written) in English
- Ability to work daily at AACU headquarters
- Ability to work during normal business hours
- Must be able to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks
