About The Position

The Car Washer will wash and clean vehicles and equipment. This temporary/seasonal position will work fifteen (15) hours per week. Hours may be flexible. The Equipment Rental team is responsible for providing quality service to City departments and ensuring that the City's vehicle fleet is in optimal condition and clean at all times. This recruitment is open until filled. Applications will be reviewed on a weekly basis or as needed. Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Must have a minimum of one year of driving experience.
Must pass a thorough background investigation.
Must maintain a level of physical and mental fitness necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to the City and the City's insurance carrier, OR must be able to provide own transportation to and from job, meetings, and related job sites.
Verification of identity and United States work authorization must be complete as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
