About The Position

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Wash Attendant. The Car Wash Attendant will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of customer vehicles and vehicles on our lot, ensuring that every vehicle meets our dealership's standards of quality and presentation. The wash attendants are responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility. Attendants are to ensure we consistently turn out a clean, dry, vacuumed and shiny vehicle. This is a fulltime position with benefits and pay is hourly.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Able to work without supervision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physically capable of long days on your feet in the outdoor environment.
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Able to pass drug screen and background check.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in car detailing or car wash operations is advantageous but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough exterior vehicle washes using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and remove any dirt, debris, or stains from the exterior surfaces.
Vacuum interiors and clean windows to ensure a pristine appearance.
Perform minor detailing tasks, such as tire shining and interior surface wiping, to enhance vehicle aesthetics.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area, including cleaning equipment and disposing of waste properly.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating cleaning equipment and handling cleaning agents.
Assist with other tasks as needed, including lot organization and vehicle movement.
