Kleen-Rite Corp., THE reliable supplier to the car wash industry, is seeking a highly knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role serves as a key internal and customer-facing expert in car wash equipment, systems, parts, and operations. You will help customers and internal team members diagnose issues, identify solutions, source the correct parts, and maximize equipment uptime. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Purchasing, you will provide technical guidance, product recommendations, troubleshooting support, and training. This is a primarily office-based role where you will leverage your hands-on experience to support customers and internal teams remotely. While the work is performed from the office, the impact is highly practical—helping solve real-world equipment issues, guide repairs, and keep customer operations running efficiently. This position plays a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, improving internal knowledge, and supporting revenue growth through accurate and responsive technical support.
