About The Position
In this position, you supervise our team of Car Wash Porters and ensure that handbook policies (ex: punctuality, cell phone usage, smoke breaks) and car wash-specific routines are followed. You will assist in washing vehicles by hand and dry them down. Our clients love this complimentary service, and your passion for sparkling clean vehicles and providing the best possible customer service at all times is why you excel in this role. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive a manual transmission or the willingness to learn
- Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Car Wash Porters.
- Ensure handbook policies (e.g., punctuality, cell phone usage, smoke breaks) and car wash-specific routines are followed.
- Assist in washing vehicles by hand and drying them down.
- Provide the best possible customer service.
