Responsibilities

Performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility
Providing excellent customer service
Organizing shift schedules for team members
Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off
Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills
Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
Managing employees’ requests and transgressions
Training new and current team members on tasks
Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
Greeting customers courteously and explaining available wash services
Taking and processing wash payments
Performing cleaning of facility and ensuring everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized
Providing assistance to customers in any area concerning car wash process
Moving or directing cars into the express wash tunnel
Carrying out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area
Ensuring company policies and safety procedures are adhered to
Ensuring vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung
Ensuring the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates.
