About The Position

The Car Wash Supervisor at Splash In Eco Car Wash leads shift operations, supports employees, drives sales and membership growth, maintains equipment and facilities, and delivers strong customer service. The role includes oversight of operational uptime, point-of-sale reconciliation, cash management, inventory control, cleanliness, and administrative tasks. The supervisor collaborates with an administrative assistant on employee support and membership sales. The position is based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, pays $18.00–$22.50 per hour depending on experience, and is full-time and benefits eligible.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or ability to complete the employer-paid GED program.
1–3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or hospitality operations.
Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to support a team and delight guests.
Sales experience and a demonstrated ability to grow memberships and build customer loyalty.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Aptitude for technology, problem solving, and organization.
Results-driven approach and ability to analyze processes and reports.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.

Responsibilities

Drive membership and wash sales through effective employee-customer interactions.
Perform preventive maintenance, general maintenance, and repairs to support operational uptime.
Address customers’ questions, concerns, and complaints.
Manage POS systems, cash reconciliation, and inventory control.
Train and motivate employees and ensure they maintain a professional appearance and wear uniforms.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout the lot, wash bay, and other areas.
Stay organized and collaborate with the administrative assistant on employee support and membership sales.
