About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive Car Wash Specialists to serve the communities in which it operates. Car Wash Specialists keep car washes, fuel pumps, and stores organized, clean, and running efficiently to provide guests with a great shopping experience. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, helping others, maintaining a clean and inviting store, and responding to challenges and changing priorities. Kwik Trip is a family-owned Midwest company that has operated since 1965. It shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company describes its culture as energetic, ambitious, and fun, and offers career paths across retail leadership, the Support Center, and production and distribution facilities.
Requirements
