About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive Car Wash Specialists to help serve the communities where the company operates. Car Wash Specialists keep car washes, fuel pumps, and stores organized, clean, and running efficiently to provide guests with a great shopping experience. The role is in a fast-paced environment and requires helping others, solving problems, shifting priorities quickly, and maintaining a clean and inviting store. The position is at Kwik Trip 481, with a variable shift. The full pay range is $16.00 to $21.70; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. Kwik Trip also shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
