About The Position
The Car Wash Shift Supervisor 1 position at Store 2709024 in Casa Grande, Arizona, involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries and issues. This role requires the ability to perform all Car Wash Attendant job duties, troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues, and follow 'DRB Protocol'. The supervisor is expected to attend Preventative Maintenance Training and complete 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports. The role involves 60% customer interaction, 30% site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining), 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic troubleshooting. - Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Some Car Wash experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner
- Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available
- Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are reported in a timely manner
- Satisfactorily able to complete all Car wash Attendant job duties
- Understands how to troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues
- Follows “DRB Protocol”
- Read “Supervisor Level DRB” training course
- Attend Preventative Maintenance Training and complete 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports
- Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code
- Demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site
