About The Position

Join our dynamic team at ModWash, where our mission is to deliver a legendary car wash experience while helping customers keep their vehicles clean all year-round! As a Guest Experience Member, you will ensure each guest has an outstanding experience while reinforcing our company standards. You will be responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location, working as a team to drive membership sales and grow the ModWash brand.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter).
Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift.
Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties.
Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to twenty-five pounds.
Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
Respond quickly to sounds.
Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces.
See clearly and respond to dangerous situations.

Responsibilities

Ensure that each guest has an outstanding experience while reinforcing our company standards.
Responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location.
Work as a team to ensure each guest has outstanding experience.
Drive membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand.
Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.
Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel.
Actively engage with guests pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
Any other duties assigned, by the leadership team.
