About The Position

ModWash is hiring a Car Wash Sales Attendant to support daily operations at its Chattanooga (Hwy 58) location. The role focuses on providing a legendary customer experience, selling memberships, and helping customers keep their vehicles clean year-round. Team members educate guests about the value and savings of membership and help them choose a package that suits their needs. The listed pay is $13.50 base plus commission per month, with commission for the top three membership plans sold. The position is part-time or full-time, with any shift and no travel.

Requirements

Passion for serving others.
Strong customer service skills; previous sales experience is a plus.
Outgoing, energetic personality and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
Ability to stand for extended periods or an entire work shift.
Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties.
Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
Alertness and ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
Ability to respond quickly to sounds.
Ability to move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces.
Ability to see clearly and respond to dangerous situations.
