About The Position

Bob Loquercio Auto Group is looking for a motivated Car Wash Sales Attendant to join our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving car wash membership and service sales. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll combine sales skills with hands-on work to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and create a welcoming experience
• Educate customers on car wash packages, memberships, and promotions to drive sales
• Guide customers safely into the car wash tunnel or service area
• Assist with pre-wash preparation (spray, scrub, and vehicle prep)
• Operate car wash equipment and support daily site operations
• Dry vehicles, wipe down surfaces, and ensure quality finishing touches
• Maintain cleanliness of wash bays, vacuums, and surrounding areas
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Work as part of a team to keep the site efficient, clean, and customer-focused
