About The Position

Join our dynamic team at ModWash, where our mission is to deliver a legendary car wash experience while helping customers keep their vehicles clean all year-round! Responsibilities: Guest Experience Members ensure that each guest has outstanding experience while reinforcing our company standards. They are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You will work as a team to ensure each guest has outstanding experience while driving membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
• Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to twenty-five pounds.
• Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• Respond quickly to sounds.
• Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces.
• See clearly and respond to dangerous situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each guest has outstanding experience while reinforcing our company standards.
• Responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location.
• Work as a team to ensure each guest has outstanding experience while driving membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand.
• Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.
• Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel.
• Actively engage with guests pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
• Any other duties assigned, by the leadership team
