Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and create a welcoming experience
Educate customers on car wash packages, memberships, and promotions to drive sales
Guide customers safely into the car wash tunnel or service area
Assist with pre-wash preparation (spray, scrub, and vehicle prep)
Operate car wash equipment and support daily site operations
Dry vehicles, wipe down surfaces, and ensure quality finishing touches
Maintain cleanliness of wash bays, vacuums, and surrounding areas
Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
Work as part of a team to keep the site efficient, clean, and customer-focused
