About The Position
ModWash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Attendant to help deliver a legendary car wash experience and support customers in keeping their vehicles clean year-round. Guest Experience Members contribute to the daily operations of a ModWash location, work as a team to drive membership sales, and ensure each guest has an outstanding experience. They explain the value and savings of membership and help guests choose the package that best suits their needs. This position is based at the Sicklerville, New Jersey location. It is listed as part-time, with job types also listed as part-time and full-time. The schedule may include evenings and weekends, and the shift is listed as any. Compensation is $15.92 plus commission per month, with commission for sales of the top three membership plans.
Requirements
- Passion for serving others.
- Strong customer service skills; previous sales experience is a plus.
- Outgoing, energetic personality and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
- Ability to stand for extended periods or an entire shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties.
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to remain alert and maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
