About The Position

Holiday Oil is a premier convenience store in Utah, a family-owned business with over 60 years of history and 77+ stores, and is continuing to grow. We are looking for a motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee and manage daily operations of the car wash, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment that delivers excellent customer service and meets company performance goals.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Leadership and training experience required
• Mechanically inclined; ability to troubleshoot and manage basic maintenance
• Must be able to open and close car wash across Sunday through Saturday schedule
• Ability to operate car wash equipment and monitor system functionality
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Must have a safe driving record
• Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver License

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience to sell monthly subscriptions preferred
• Previous car wash automotive service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure car wash is operating efficiently and safely
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot car wash equipment
• Assist customers with issues or questions regarding the wash process
• Keep the car wash tunnel and surrounding area clean and organized
• Restock chemicals with company policies and safety standards
• Manage, train, and coach a team
