About The Position
Wright Wash is seeking a motivated Car Wash Manager to join their award-winning team. This position offers a buy-in opportunity and does not require a degree. The Car Wash Manager will be responsible for ensuring all car wash rules, safety, and sanitation requirements are followed, while also acting as a team leader capable of performing all car wash functions. The role requires meeting and exceeding customer expectations, productivity, and performance goals, as well as engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring all car wash rules, safety, and sanitation requirements are followed

- Thank every customer and answer any questions they may have about cleaning their car
- Effectively manage and develop staff
